License

The themes are created for Drupal, an open source software released under the GNU public license http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html . Therefore any part of the themes which constitute a derivative work of Drupal are also licensed under the GPL 3.0. Drupal themes are comprised of several different file types, including: php, cascading style sheets, javascript, as well as several image types including GIF, JPEG, and PNG. All PHP and JS files are released under the GPL 3.0 unless specified as otherwise within the file itself. If specified as otherwise the files are licensed or dual licensed (as stated in the file) under the MIT http://www.opensource.org/licenses/mit-license.php, a compatible GPL license.

All other files, including: cascading style sheets (.css) and images(.gif, .jpg, .png), are not compiled together but are sent independently of GPL code and combined in a client's browser, and do not have to be GPL themselves. These files are released under the Creative Commons Attribution license 2.5. You may not offer them, modified or unmodified, for resale of any kind.

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of TotalTheme.com. In particular, you agree to have a discrete link to TotalTheme.com on the template/website. You cannot claim ownership as a design company or individual by placing a link showing "designed by [your company/individual name]" since you are clearly using a theme designed by TotalTheme.com. The themes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
